I loved the breakfast at Best Western Plus. the food was hot and constantly refilled, and the staff in the dining area were super friendly and helpful. The comfortable beds made it hard to get out of bed in the morning. However, the check-in process was a bit disappointing. The gentleman at the front desk came off as curt and didn't provide information about the pool or dining hours, which would have been nice to have. Overall, the atmosphere was pleasant, but the front desk service could use some improvement.

We appreciated the clean, spacious room and the enjoyable pool area, which was heated and well-maintained. The staff's genuine friendliness made our family time even more wonderful.

Great place with its indoor pool, fitness center, and friendly staff. On my first stay, they even helped me with a bottle of water at night. I highly recommend it for a romantic escape.
